Built as a line, not as a list of machines
A weighing line only performs as well as its slowest transfer. We size the elevator, the feeder, the weigher and the bagger together, so the weigher never starves and the bagger never waits.
Detection sits after the pack is closed — checkweigher, metal detector, and a sorter where the grade sets the price.
