Motorised and idle roller conveyors for transporting cartons, boxes and bundles, built with a stainless steel or — on request — galvanised steel structure.
Their role in a plant is structural rather than glamorous: roller conveyors integrate the production line, acting as the connection and accumulation system between machines toward the end of the line. That accumulation function is what keeps a line running when one machine stops for a moment — the buffer absorbs the pause instead of passing it upstream as a full line stop.
Every roller conveyor is customised to the requirement: width, roller pitch, drive arrangement, inclines, and the transfer details where it meets the machines at each end. The choice between motorised and idle sections is a layout and cost decision — gravity sections are cheaper and need no power but require a fall and suit only certain loads, while motorised sections give control over spacing and accumulation. Most real lines use both.
Gravity and motorised roller conveyors for cases, crates, trays and pallets.
Roller conveyors handle cartons, crates and pallets reliably, with zero-pressure accumulation where needed.
